 Ashok Chandra, Chairman Born on 1st Dec,1936.After graduating in Science from the University of Allahabad, he obtained a Master's Degree in Mathematics from the same University.Thereafter he joined the Indian Administrative Services in 1959.He has served in various capacities in the State of Uttar Pradesh and also for 5 years as Adviser to the Government of Afghanistan.On return from Afghanistan in 1980, he was Secretary Incharge of the Department of Industries in Uttar Pradesh and later Chairman of the State Jal Nigam.Thereafter he came to the Government of India and served as joint Secretary in the Banking Division before being promoted as Additional Secretary in the Department of Company Affairs.
On elevation to the post of Secretary of the Government of India in February, 1989, he moved to the Ministry of Food Processing Industries.He was a Secretary,Ministry of Peroleum and Natural Gas from December, 1991 to May 1992 and subsequently Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcsting from May, 1992 till he took over as Adviser to Governor,Uttar Pradesh on 6th December, 1992.He retired as Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Heavy Industry.
Currently he is Chairman of Delhi Public School Society & Trustee of Sir Ganga Ram trust Society which runs the Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. |
Mr. Chandra Prakash Kabra is an Educational Entrepreneur. By profession he is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary. He has worked for renowned companies like Cadbury India Ltd. and others in India and is now based in Singapore since the last ten years. His professional background, varied work experience and entrepreneurial abilities drove him to set up his own processing plant and a successful business enterprise in granite and dimensional stones. 
Mr. Devendar Kapoor is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has worked in senior finance positions in renowned pharmaceutical corporates of India and later has also been involved in global marketing of electronics, for trading enterprises of the middle east. He moved to Singapore in 1995 and now runs a successful business in consumer electronics , music and sound equipment of reputed brands. In India he also heads a business in educational book publishing is well known in the field of Banking and Government Publications. His faith in Indian education system and its values makes him an intrinsic member of the management team of DPS International School. 
Mr. Vivek Khetawat is an Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology Mumbai and M.S. from Vanderbilt University USA. He has closely worked with NASA and has played a key role in designing of crash cushions for NASA. Thereafter he taught Computer Graphics at the University. His entrepreneurial appetite brought him back to India and within a short span of time his company achieved the Export Award for 2002-03. His desire to Reach out, Reach beyond and Reach high has now made him a part of the new beginnings of DPS in Singapore
